The Fan12 marketplace includes products sold by both Fan12 but also other third party vendors. Please be advised to look at the order note received with the parcel before reading any further, as this will tell you whether it was dispatched by us at Fan12 or by another vendor. Please be advised that should your order have come from a third party vendor, you’ll have to check the company’s website and view their returns policy. Please follow the instructions on the vendors website accordingly. Should you have any issues locating the vendor’s returns policy, please contact us at [email protected] where we can advise further.
Should you have ordered from Fan12 Ltd, you will have received a Fan12 Ltd packing slip and returns form. In order to ensure your product is eligible for a return, please see the below conditions that must be met:
- Returned items are sent within 28 days of the original order being placed
- Any original product packaging and tags must be included in the returned parcel
- Product must be returned in its original condition. All returned products are examined prior to any action being taken. Should a product be deemed to not be in its original condition, then we’ll contact yourself to discuss this further.
Please be advised that the following products are not eligible for returns:
- Any edible goods
- Perishable goods such as newspapers and magazines
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health or personal care items
- Hazardous materials

Exchanges – Please allow up to 3 working days from receipt of your return to process any exchange. Should the replacement product be a different price to that of the original, we’ll look to reimburse the difference if the replacement is cheaper than the original product. However, if the replacement is more expensive than the original, we’ll call you to take payment over the phone. Please note we will not despatch the replacement until payment has been taken.
Refunds – Please allow up to 3 working days from receipt of your return to process any refund. Once the refund has been processed, we’ll send an email confirmation of this to your customer email. Please be advised the funds may not appear in your bank straight away, so allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Should this time have elapsed and you’ve still not received your funds. Please contact us at [email protected], where we’ll investigate this further for you.
Faulty Products – Should you somehow receive a faulty product from Fan12 Ltd, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost. Please note we will NOT reimburse any express delivery/courier costs. We will however reimburse delivery costs if returned using the Royal Mail tracked service if you’re a UK customer. If you are an international customer, please contact [email protected] in order to clarify the appropriate shipping method, as it will vary from country to country. Please note, all potentially faulty products will need to be examined physically by a member of our team before any further action can be taken.
